Material
Most of our knife is made of tungsten carbide materials, but other materials are available. Such as HSS, 9CrSi, Cr12Mo, VW6Mo5, Cr4V2,hard alloy, etc
The high quality material can ensure the sharp edge of the knife, good cutting effect and long service life. The problem of frequent replacement of traditional blades is well improved, thereby improving equipment efficiency.
Helical Cutter
Helical cutters are widely used in NC helical cross cutting machine for corrugated sheet in the production line. Its main purpose is to cut the sheet into needed length-size, so it belongs to long-size shaping blade.
The cutters can be specifically made by customer's drawings, specifications, materials, processing & hardness required.
