Product Parameters

The new type gearbox with the hierarchical structure and thicker wallboard,welled grinded angulargear, adopts 20CrMnTi alloy material and do carburization after grinding.
The cardan cross-pin spindleis enlarged and with the small gradient design.
The suction device adopts eccentric shaft design, which ensures the accurate locating and convenientadjustment,and the air inlet loop is redesigned to make the pressure of the wind chamber morebalanced.
The ascent and descent of the upper corrugating roller and pressure roller and the movement of theglue applicator are controlled hydraulic ( pneumatically controlled is optional).
The both side of the glue roller has installed the limit baffle ring to eliminate the contact between the
glue roller and corrugating roller completely.
The gap between the glue roller and the doctor roller adopts electric push rod structure, so as to improve the equipment stability.
The main motor use variable frequency motor, and equipped with high precision encoder,usetransducer.Use vector control technology, which promote the machine speed precision and stability.The machine performance is greatly enhanced by using the efficient motor and patented controltechnology.
There is a face paper pre-heating roller and a conditioning steam injector for medium paper installed in the machine.
An electric glue partition device is provided to give convenient and rapid paper width adjustment.
The lateral movement of related roll stand is controlled in an interlock manner through the main controlled cabinet.
