How to use the pneumatic waste stripper correctly?

-The pneumatic waste removal machine needs to be equipped with an air compressor above 1.5KW and an 8*12 connecting air pipe to ensure the powerful rotation of the rotor.
 

-First, make sure that the pneumatic waste cleaner is connected to the air source to ensure that the air pressure is 8 kg force to work normally.

-Before the air pressure is turned on, the chain can be driven by hand, and can it roll freely, otherwise it cannot be used.

-Turn on the slide switch before working.

-Inject professional pneumatic tool oil from the air inlet to lubricate the motor.

-Press the pressure plate while working to start working.

-Stack the paper stacks that need to be discarded neatly, all sides are flush, and the tops are pressed with iron plates.There must be knife edges on the four sides.All the waste edges must be ≥ 5mm when leaving the edge.

-Three or four drops of special oil for pneumatic tools should be dripped from the air inlet before each shift, idling for 2-3 seconds.
