○ Two design speed optional: 250m/min, 300m/min.
○ The upper and lower driving rollers are cast with cross linked rubber and their surfaces are engraved to contain chevron notches, so they are wearable with long service life; in addition, the driving rollers are equipped with crowns to ensure flat output of cardboards.
○ Double-shaft transmission and independent reduction gear box, so it is easy to maintain.
○ The upper and lower wheel are synchronously controlled by double motor to ensure the upper and lower belts speed highly synchronous.
○ The rubber wheel adopts easy-to-disassemble design to facilitate repair and replacement.
○ The base plate design is reinforced to improve the stability of the whole machine.
○ Reduction gear box, wallboard, base are in large margin design, high rigidity, and stable and lasted.
○ The transmission shaft adopts the independent protective shell, which ensures the production safety efficiently.
