Machine Design and Function Upgrade

1.The plate washing platform is assembled with high-strength aluminum alloy structure to reduce welding deformation and ensure the flatness of the platform.

 

2.The bottom of the water tank is made of 8K stainless steel plate, funnel-shaped design, to avoid residual solvent in the bottom of the water tank, fast back to the storage tank, storage of solvent box is good sealing, to avoid solvent volatilization.

3.High-strength aluminum ally is used to fix wall panels with brush on both sides, all processed by CNC machining center to ensure the precision of each brush. Brush shaft sleeve with graphite copper sleeve, to ensure accuracy and durability.

4.Flat brush swing and round brush rotation are driven by high-end servo motor, the flat brush swing speed and round brush rotation speed can be adjusted, suitable for all kinds of flexo plate for high requirements of cleaning.

5.The cleaning solvent is supplied independently in three stages, which can be reasonably adjusted to improve the use efficiency of the solvent.

 

6.The device is equipped with concentration detection, which can adjust the required solvent concentration and set the instruction to change the solvent.
