Product Parameters
The machine adopts external-suction finger less type design.
The assembly of upper and lower corrugating rollers is installed or removed in a whole set, so it can be replaced
rapidly.
The ascent and descent of the upper corrugating roller and pressure roller and the movement of the glue
applicator are controlled pneumatically.
All bearings of the upper and lower corrugating rollers and pressure roller are lubricated with high-temperature
lubricating grease.
A paper guide roller is added before core paper feeding for the upper corrugating roller.
The glue roller unit can be laterally removed as a whole; the design of the glue roller seat is optimized; in the
transmission mechanism for glue adjustment, the gears employ a backlash elimination structure to offer more
reliable and sensitive adjustment.
The structural design of the glue pan is optimized to effectively lengthen the service life of the doctor roller and to
reduce the phenomena of boiled glue and splashed glue; the glue pan is made of stainless steel.
There is a face paper ore-heating roller and a conditioning steam injector for core paper installed in the machine.
The face paper ore-heating cylinder is forced to rotate and it is equipped with a manual braking device.
An electric glue partition device is provided to give convenient and rapid paper width adjustment.
The machine is equipped with an automatic PLC glue adjustment system (the gap between the glue roller
and the doctor roller can be automatically adjusted according to the machine speed); the production speed is
measured by and the produced length is calculated by the machine.
A frequency conversion motor is used to supply power, realizing sleepless speed adjustment and reliable and
synchronous interlock with the following devices.
An independent drive box with Fri-shaft transmission through a universal joint can insulate power vibration and oil
immersion lubrication can reduce noise, so the operation stability is enhanced.
The lateral movement of related roll stands is controlled in an interlock manner through the main control cabinet.

The glue roller has low speed auto-rotate function, so as to avoid the glue dry on the glue roller.
