Product Description
The 2BV water ring vacuum pump is suitable for pumping gas and water vapor, and the suction pressure can reach 33 mbar (97% vacuum).
When transformer oil is used as the working fluid (called an oil ring vacuum pump), the suction pressure can reach 6.7mbar (99.3% vacuum degree), which can replace the reciprocating vacuum pump.
When the liquid ring vacuum pump works for a long time under the suction pressure close to vacuum, the cavitation protection tube should be connected to protect the pump and eliminate the sound of cavitation. When used as a compressor, its pressure is as high as 0.26MPa.

2BV series stainless steel vacuum pump can be used in the application of high corrosion resistance requirements and high cleanliness requirements. According to the working conditions of the 2BV series stainless steel vacuum pump overflow components: pump body, pump cover, disc, impeller material can be selected 304, 316, 316L and other stainless steel materials.(Please specify when ordering)
Equipment installation
1. Installation of water ring vacuum pump:
When the water ring vacuum pump and compressor are installed, the mounting surface must be horizontal and bolted through the hole in the bottom corner to stabilize. Install a filter on the suction pipe.
2. Installation of water ring vacuum pump gas-water separator:
The water ring vacuum pump gas-water separator can be installed directly on the exhaust port of the water ring vacuum pump and bolted. The gas-water separator has a pipeline connected to the pump, which supplies the water ring vacuum pump with working water, and the rest of the working water is supplied by the water supply pipe, and the water supply is adjusted by the valve on
the pipeline. The water ring vacuum pump or compressor should be equipped with a check valve on the intake pipe.
Use and maintenance
1, 2BV type water ring vacuum pump In order to make the wear impeller, pump body or stuck impeller not easy to wear, with gas and
working fluid into the pump cavity dust particles, can be washed away through the 2BV type water ring vacuum pump bottom flushing port.
2. If hard water is used as a working liquid, it must be softened or the pump must be cleaned with a solution during the cycle.
3, 2BV type water ring vacuum pump motor often work bearings than the surrounding temperature of 15 °C ~ 20 °C, not allowed to
pass 55 °C ~ 60 °C, normal work of the bearing should be oiled 1-2 times a year, at least once a year to clean the bearing, and
replace the lubricating oil.
4, 2BV type water ring vacuum pump using the mechanical seal, leakage phenomenon, should check whether the mechanical seal of the dynamic, static ring has been damaged, or the sealing ring has been aging, such as the above situation, need to replace the
accessories.
