Diamond (JR) grinding wheel-dark red, used for grinding tungsten steel (hard alloy) blades.
 

Cubic Boron Nitride (CBN)-green or black, used for grinding high-speed steel and other steel blades.

The cutting edge of the thin slitting knife ground by the sharpening wheel has a high smoothness, and the edge is sharp and durable.
