Product Parameters

The machine adopts positive pressure air cushion paper guide, with high utilization of heat energy,and good quality of corrugated shaping.

Corrugated roller adopts positive pressure cassette type. clit's under the pressure roller,so as lower the center of gravity of the machine. At's smooth when under high-speed operation, and reduces vibration.

The opening and closing of corrugated rollers,pressure rollers, glue rollers, and the locking corrugate roller set are all hydraulic controlled.

Wallboard and bearing block use nodular cast iron.And also with the integrated base, it increasing the rigidity and reduce the vibration of the whole machine.

Corrugated roller sets get in and out hydraulic automatically, so as to exchange different flutes rapidly.

The gap adjustment between corrugated roller and pressure roller are hydraulic controlled, and apothegm adjustment between corrugated roller and glue roller are electric controlled.

The corrugated rollers are driven by motor synchronous belt, running stable and low noise.

Individual glue section could swing out from the main machine, and it is easy clean and maintain.Hydraulic pressure swing arm structure makes the glue part location more stable.And automatic glue adjustment system is available.

There are face paper ore-heating roller and core paper arc-shape heating plate installed in machinate.The ore-heating cylinder could rotate automatically by motor.

Equipped with air-cooled cooling-water machine for water-cooling glue baffle board and hydraulic pressure station.

There is stopping device when the medium paper is out. The speed would be at least 15m/ min.When it inspects the breaking of the medium paper, the roller and the motor would stop working.
